Checking out earlier than scheduled date without prior notice at least 24hrs will attract a full day charge

Early Check-in is subjected to availability of rooms

Check-out after 12noon will attract 50% additional charge and 100% room charge after 6pm

Breakfast or any meal/drink requested to be served in the room will attract N500 tray charge

Smoking is not allowed in the rooms.

VIOLATORS WILL BE EVICTED FROM THE ROOMS AND EQUIVALENT AMOUNT OF THE ROOM RATE WILL BE CHARGED AS RECOVERY FEE ONCE YOU VIOLATE OUR NON- SMOKING POLICY

Any damage in the rooms attract at least N20,000 fine
