At Faeland Hotel and Suites, we strive to provide our guests with a seamless and enjoyable experience. Please review the following policies to ensure a smooth stay with us.
1. Reservation Policy
- Booking: All reservations must be made through our official website, phone, or authorized travel partners. A valid credit card is required to confirm your booking.
- Payment: Payment for your stay is due upon check-in unless otherwise arranged. We accept all major credit/debit cards and cash payments.
- Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled arrival to avoid cancellation fees. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.
2. Check-in/Check-out Policy
- Check-in: Check-in time is from 2:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to room availability and may incur an additional charge.
- Check-out: Check-out time is 12:00 PM. Late check-out after 12:00 PM will incur an additional charge of 50% of the room rate. A full room charge will apply for check-out after 6:00 PM.
3. Smoking Policy
- Non-Smoking: Faeland Hotel is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and indoor areas. Violation of this policy will result in eviction and a recovery fee equivalent to the room rate.
4. Damage and Loss
- Room Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. A minimum fine of N20,000 will be charged for any damage, and guests may be liable for additional costs if damage exceeds this amount.
- Lost Items: Faeland Hotel is not responsible for any personal belongings left behind or lost during your stay. Please ensure you take all personal items with you when you check out.
5. Conduct and Behavior
- Respectful Behavior: All guests are expected to behave respectfully and follow hotel policies. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in eviction from the premises without refund.
- Noise Levels: Please keep noise to a minimum in your room and public areas, especially during nighttime hours, to ensure all guests enjoy a peaceful stay.
6. Pets Policy
- No Pets: For the comfort and safety of all our guests, pets are not allowed at Faeland Hotel and Suites. Service animals are an exception as long as proper documentation is provided.
7. Rates and Availability
- Rates: All rates are subject to change without prior notice. Rates may vary based on room availability, special offers, or seasonal pricing.
- Taxes and Fees: All rates are exclusive of taxes and service charges, which will be added to your bill upon checkout.
8. Liability and Disclaimer
- Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and any damage to hotel property. Faeland Hotel is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused during your stay, except as required by law.
- Force Majeure: Faeland Hotel is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
